N.B. there might (or might not) be spoilers in this article!

To my shame, it took more than one attempt to get past the quiz area on the Series Two DVD disc to access The Sarah Jane Adventures‘ Comic Relief mini-episode From Raxacoricofallapatorius with Love. I kept getting Rani and Sarah Jane’s astrological birth signs wrong! I’d not paid enough attention to Secrets of the Stars, evidently.

Was the effort worth it?

If only to see Ronnie Corbett in the Doctor Who universe, it’s a resounding yes!

Of course, it’s silly. (It is for Comic Relief, after all!) Ronnie starts to tell an anecdote about golf, cracks a corny joke about him and Rani being The Two Ranis, farts in Sarah Jane’s chair, clamps K-9 and turns out to be a member of the Slitheen family.

What’s not to like?
